Welcome to Burstows Funerals
We will start webstreaming our services approximately 60 mins prior to the scheduled start of the service. You will see an introductory screen until around 10 minutes before the start of the service.
To view the webstreaming service:
1. Towards the top of this page you should see a player. This player will become active approximately one hour before the service is due to commence. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, this player may take anything from 10 seconds up to a minute to fully load. To view the webstream, click the Play button on the player box and if requested enter the service password listed in the email we sent you. The player will take a few seconds to connect to the webstream, and once connected you should see an introduction screen and hear soft music.
2. When you are finished viewing the service, all you need to do is close this browser window.
To test your computer is setup correctly to play our webstreaming service:

2. This will open our testing webpage. This webpage may be accessed at any time prior to the service. Please follow the instructions on that page to ensure that your computer is setup correctly to handle our webstream well before your service is due to start. If you have any issues at all, please be sure to fill in your details on the support form on the bottom of that webpage, so that we can help you get your computer setup correctly.
We have gone to great lengths to minimize the technical challenges of viewing our streaming services, however it is important to realise that the technology of webstreaming is reliant on many external factors outside our control. Factors such as internet speed, network reliability, and even the hardware you are using to view the webstream will all affect the overall experience.
